Amidst adversities that previously battered our beloved hometown, Talibongnon rises above all these challenges through unity and perseverance. We were devasted by the strongest storm in history while we were still coping with the onerous effect of the "new normal crisis", and as though we have fallen down to the bottom, Talibongnon never ceases to draw strength from each one of us, and together, faster and efficiently, Talibon reign again. So now we dance to the Almighty Trinity in gratitude.

Talibon is hailed as the fastest-growing town in Bohol and Bohol's Most Competitive LGU. Various infrastructures and businesses are sprouting around diversifying industries from mere farming and fishing to services, logistics, malls, banking, financials, tourism, and more. In fact, some national brands are already in town, and more investments are coming to town. That's what PADAYON TALIBOOM!
Year after Odette & COVID, Talibon is now back to where it was. While remnants of the crisis that passed still linger in some places, overall, almost everything is already back to normal and Talibongnon is once again busy doing its daily life.
Families left homeless after Odette, especially those in the coastal area, were provided with resettlement in Brgy. San Carlos in a lot that is owned by LGU Talibon purchased during the administration of Mayor Berong Aurestila. Philippine Red Cross provides financial aid for the construction of their houses. And more pledges to help are coming.
April 22, 2023, the powerhouse of Talibon once again convened in the CPG Multi-Purpose Center to celebrate the annual Foundation Day. Mayor Janette A. Garcia and Vice-Mayor Dave Evangelista reported to the body as well as to us Talibongnon the accomplishments that were achieved and ask for support and perseverance while we fight to overcome challenges ahead to make a better Talibon for Talibongnon.
While repairs and rebuilding were major concerns after the ruinous storm, Talibongnon rose above this adversity and various new projects, new roads, and programs were continued and achieved gracefully with the abundance of blessings that came our way too.
Talibongnon honors the protection and guidance of the "Santisima Trinidad" during our crucial times of difficulties, for the first time in history, Talibon celebrates fiesta with a cultural street dance called "Abundayao Festival" which means a dance of gratitude.
